Delete account

Request permanent deletion of your account, drafts, and associated personal data. We process requests within 30 days and email you when complete. No call or separate support request is needed.

Existing shoots are not automatically canceled and invoices are not waived. We will coordinate active bookings during processing. Only records required by law may be retained; any retained records are explained in the completion notice. Protected backups expire on their normal schedule.
